Following the TAPI standard or a proprietary standard, we can integrate telephony with commonly used applications such as MS Outlook, CRM/ERP, MS Exchange, LDAP, etc. as well as XML, SIP and Corba.

This integration most notably allows for:

  • centralization of information,
  • avoiding errors in copying,
  • reading information on incoming calls as they come in,
  • etc.
